About the Role

As a Growth & Business Development Executive at BluSlash Analytics, you will play a key role in building and scaling our client acquisition and marketing engine. You will work closely with the founder to drive lead generation, strengthen brand presence, and support revenue growth initiatives. This role combines business development, marketing execution, and consulting support — offering hands-on exposure to building a fast-growing analytics consulting firm from the ground up.

You will be responsible for executing outbound and inbound growth strategies, supporting proposal creation and client communication, and helping refine service offerings and sales collateral. Through your efforts, you will directly contribute to expanding BluSlash Analytics’ market presence, improving sales processes, and delivering high-impact solutions to our clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys ownership, and wants to grow into a leadership position in consulting and growth operations.

Requirements

Must Have

  • 2–3 years of experience in business development, marketing, consulting, SaaS sales, or growth roles.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, email communication, and follow-ups.

  • Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint.

  • Highly organized with strong execution mindset.


Good to Have (Big Plus)

  • Exposure to analytics, consulting, SaaS, or tech services businesses.

  • Basic understanding of data tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL concepts) — not mandatory but preferred.

  • Experience working in early-stage startups.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Support

  • Manage and grow online lead generation channels (LinkedIn, website inquiries, partnerships).

  • Support outbound outreach campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email tools.

  • Qualify inbound leads and assist in initial client conversations.

  • Maintain CRM or lead tracking sheets and follow-up pipelines.


Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Help set up and manage blogs, newsletters, and content distribution channels.

  • Support social media growth (especially LinkedIn) and basic campaign execution.

  • Coordinate content publishing calendars and engagement tracking.


Proposal & Consulting Support

  • Work closely with the founder to create and refine:

    • Service decks

    • Capability documents

    • Client proposals and pitch presentations

  • Assist in preparing case studies and client success stories.


Operations & Startup Support

  • Support internal documentation, SOPs, and workflow setup.

  • Help coordinate with freelancers, designers, or technical team members when needed.

  • Assist in improving internal tools and automation processes (basic level).
