About the Role
As a Full Stack Web Developer at BluSlash Consulting, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.
You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to design, develop, and implement robust web solutions. Your role will involve both front-end and back-end development, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
You will leverage your expertise in web development technologies to build scalable and maintainable software solutions that meet our clients' business needs
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-4 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Extensive experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or PHP.
Proficiency in working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications.
Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge and hands on any cloud like AWS, Azure, GCP
Experience in establishing CI/CD pipelines will be an added advantage.
Experience with deployment of frontend, backend and database on cloud and on-prem servers
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Build and maintain server-side applications using back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or PHP.
Design and implement APIs and integrate third-party services.
Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process.
