Approach & Solution
We developed a VBA-powered Excel model that connects to the Chat GPT API using a secure endpoint and API key.
The system automatically processes each feedback entry and returns sentiment classification along with descriptive labels.
Automated Sentiment Analysis: Each feedback is sent as a prompt to the Chat GPT API, which returns the sentiment (Positive/Negative/Neutral) and a summary label.
Excel-Based Dashboard: Data is aggregated and visualized in an interactive dashboard showing positive vs. negative percentages, frequent labels, and category-wise insights.
Category-Level Reporting: Sentiment analysis is done per product category, as well as overall for a holistic view.
Seamless API Integration: Built-in VBA handles data refresh, API communication, and prompt generation automatically.
